It depends on your actual fitness situation (body fat, muscularity etc.). More fat means longer periods to accomplish. Anyway, you should do 45 minutes (running or cycling) of cardio exercise twice a week to decrease body fat and abs workout for two or three times per week to build abdominal muscles. Keep in mind; the key for six-pack is losing body fat!
